ABOUT ME

Bethany Puckett is an ordained minister, pastor and teacher.

She has a BA in Biblical Studies and homeschooled her three daughters. Bethany enjoys sharing the Word of God through preaching, teaching and writing.

Bethany is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and has a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies.  She currently serves as an administrative pastor on staff in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She is the Assistant Women’s Director for the Appalachian Network of the Assemblies of God. She also teaches at the Appalachian Network School of Ministry.

Bethany homeschooled their three daughters. She enjoys speaking and teaching both at her home church and special events. Bethany is married to Brad and serves on staff with him at Parkersburg First Assembly of God. They have three adult daughters and a very spoiled Shih-Poo named “Augustus” who is convinced he is a human.

One of Bethany’s favorite Scriptures is Psalm 91:1-4:

“Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the Lord. He alone is my refuge, my place of safety: he is my God, and I trust him. For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.”

Bethany believes that God intends us to apply Scripture to our daily lives and that the right verse at the right time is truly both our best defense and offensive weapon. So her favorite Scripture is the one that she needs in the moment.
